Here in Hawaii I literally wear my Jammin Shorts every day Its been a while since I needed new ones since theyre so durable So I was delighted to experience the lighter fabric in the new ones. Even better to keep me cooler

I wear these shorts practically every day of my life. The main reason is the pocket configuration. These awesome Jammin shorts accommodate all of my every day carry items I use living in our mountain community. The other reason is they are super tough rarely have I had to make a repair. on these shorts and its usually pretty minimal just a simple stitch here and there. I bought my first pair February 2013 and have purchased countless pairs since then. I think I have only tossed one pair since then. I have a whole drawer full of them in different types of condition that I use based upon what my day is going to be like. I only wish Railriders would make these with the same pocket configuration in a long pant.
Shorts are great shipping is not. I have been buying RailRiders clothing for many years. and when they were using UPS the items were often delivered in a day or 2. Now they have switched to DHL service is much worse- 1 week to get from New Bedford to Cape Cod Several other on line merchants have switched to DHL same thing 1 week is good for them often 10 days or 2 weeks or more. What's the story here
The inseam is not 9" as described it is just over 8". The material and construction are superior quality. The waist fits true to size. I would give the 5 stars if the inseam was as described.

These are my favorite casual shorts. Perfect for boating and around town. Plenty of pockets for all your EDC gear and the fit is perfect - from leg length to room in the seat. The material resists wrinkles and cleans/dries well - perfect for an extended cruise. I have every color and multiples of some the ideal short for our Great Loop adventure.
I've bee buying the Jammin Shorts for the past 15 years (maybe more) They are incredibly long wearing and great in all environments. When doing photography workshops in warmer climates (and rainey) those cargo pockets are incredible as to whet they can hold. The zippered security pockets are great for travel and in very crowded locations.
I have been wearing these shorts for many years.They are the best shorts on the market.I do think the cargo pockets could be just a bit larger.My non-Costanza wallet is a bit of a tight fit coming in and out.
