I believe my original shorts are the Rampage 1.0 that have lasted forever. These are great but I do wish they had dual pockets on front like my original One zipper and one velcro to separate items. The belt is way too long but that's a minor complaint that can be adjusted and it has always baffled me why you can never get these shorts or similar ones in black I ended up buying the grey ones but I certainly hope there is a black version pending. Please Thank you

Rampage Short 2.0 gets a solid 4.0 rating for quality fit and tailored features.Would have been 5.0 rating except the color I ordered "DUSTY CEDAR" is closer to PINK rather than a soft RED as depicted on website. As a photographer I have a color calibrated monitor and a key eye for color variation so was surprised upon receiving actual product. Decided to pass shorts on to my girl friend. JD

Light breathable and very comfortable. Perfect for water sports and any outdoor activity that doesn't require the cushion protection of heavier fabrics. Shorts work great in the U.S. deep South and tropics all year round. Pockets are secure and well placed. Good range of colors. Belt can be buckled and washed with the shorts for a clean start. It's a shame RR's can't keep these in stock year round.
Disappointed that the left rear pocket has been eliminated.
These shorts are perfect for all but dress up summer activities..I now own 3 pair...first two I've had for 3 or 4 years and I love them ... short inseam for my shorter legs and great colors....thanks RR's
I ordered three pairs of the Rampage Shorts 2.0. When I pulled them out of the package I wasn't overly impressed. Then I wore them for five days of hiking in the hot summer weather of Great Smoky Mountains National Park. I was an instant convert. The beauty is in the simplicity. Perfect 6 in length. Plenty of room in the legs. The two simple zip pockets are well designed. The shorts appear to be durable. I really like the elastic waste / belt combination. The liner is quite comfortable. I even love the locker room loop for drying out of the washing machine. What can I say These are my new go to summer activity shorts and I'll be ordering a few more.
