The Bushwacker Weatherpant is the newest addition to our famous tough pants collection. A full featured pant with a great fit. A balistically tough outdoor pant yet refined enough for hanging out in those Palo Alto juice bars. Features include: Tough 2ply 3oz Duralite Nylon with Railtex reinforced seat, knees and back of ankle, Deep front pockets with side security zip pocket, 2 zippered back pockets, arcticulated cell phone pocket on right leg, cross-quad zippered pockets for easy access and storage, 2" belt loops, removable belt and a D-ring attached to the front belt loop for attaching keys, carabiners, etc. If there was a perfect pant for the Barkley Marathon or the death race in Vermont, this pant would be it!
Pants fit fine. Same size ordered as other pants that I have from various mfrs and I found these also fit fine. I like the size of the front pockets and the pockets that have zippers. Material (reinforced Nylon) is comfortable does not make noise that I have noticed and the material is of good weight - I also bought the Bone Flat Pants that are of a lighter weight material and more suitable for hoy days. But the Bushwacker pants seem like they will be okay to wear for most seasons except perhaps for very warm days when the lighter weight and vented Bone Flat pants would be a better choice. One reason I bought the Bushwacker pants is because I recall many. many years ago when I participated with my son's Boy Scout troop on a high adventure camp which involved climbing 5 mountains in southwest part of Virginia. One hike involved cutting through many bushes/brambles and since most had shorts on I led the way since I was wearing reinforced nylon pants (but by a different mfr) Ever since that hike they started calling me Bushwacker Those pants were worn out a long time ago. But when I saw the RailRiders Nylon Bushwacker pants I had to buy them I have been wearing them for only a short time right now but so far they seem well constructed and I am very happy with the purchase. I am considering buying them for my son however he would need the "tall" version since he has a 34" inseam. Since the "Tall" appears to be a 35" inseam I may still buy them for him and then get them hemmed if needed.
Excellent fit the waist spandex is great also great color all the pockets it offers is really good.
Typical RailRiders outstanding quality fit. And they look great as well
I love these pants and these are my 2nd pair of this style and about the 10th of RailRider pants. They last a long time and hold up well to trail abuse - rocks brush dirt. These are the only pants I wear now ever.My only knock on these and all RR pants is that there is too big a gap in inseam sizes. I am between two sizes so all my pants are either an inch too long or two inches too short.
My son loves your products I ordered these as Christmas gifts. Now my husband has jumped on the Railriders bandwagon
These are my favorite fly fishing pants. I have two sets now. The waist is super comfortable. The pockets are deep. The fly zipper is long. What's not to like. The reinforced knees and seat are a plus.
Tough pants. I use them for backpacking on the Eastern Coast of the U.S.A. They can take the brambles and rocks that our trails are full of. Deep zippered pockets keep my gear secure. They fit me well too. I'm 5'10" and 185 lbs with a 36" waist.
Ive been wearing Railrider pants now for about 2 months. I have been throughly impressed I own 5 pairs at this point already. The bushwhackers are my favorite Ive done everything from frog gigging to fishing to working around the farm in those pants and theyve held up beautifully to anything Ive thrown at them. I initially was interested in railriders because of its quick drying/lightweight properties I wasnt disappointed in that regard either. I live in Southern Louisiana and they keep me cool and ready for anything. I just cant recommend their clothing enough.
I took a chance on these and love them I usually have bought the Adventure pants but they weren't available. These are light sturdy and bombproof perfect for Montana hikes
A terrific deal these pants are so well made they will last you for the rest of your life.Highly recommendedthe price truly reflects the superb quality of design materials and sewing you really get your money's worth.
